Shams has been in the corporate world for over 30 years in diversified industries such as Hospitality, Corporate Health Insurance, FMCG, Apparel & Home Textile Manufacturing and has a knack for turning dust into gold; he’s revolutionizing the trillion-dollar hospitality industry by introducing contactless technology such as holograms, proximity and scannable tech, automatic replenishment of towels and toiletries, and more.
Shams didn’t get to where he is by luck. He possesses a myriad of unique attributes that have enabled him to move up the ladder and shine in a post that entails supreme talent, dedication, and leadership skills.
Shams holds a Diploma in French Language from Alliance Française de Karachi while Bachelors in Science from Karachi University.
Hasnain Raza

A Seasoned Hotel Management Professional with 20 years of broad experience in hospitality industry. Raza has managed a portfolio of 3300+ rooms in operation and 780+ rooms in development via new openings across multi locations and segments with in KSA. Demonstrated management excellence in various hospitality departments such as Sales & Revenue Management, Banquet and Rooms divisions. A Certified Six Sigma Green Belt holder; he is a champion in hotel management policies & standards and brings extensive world class hospitality management experience to contribute increased revenues and highest customer satisfaction.
